IT Magic (the company) may require remote access to my equipment as listed in the above request for services. Should you decide to continue with any services offered, you may be asked to make pre-payment before any investigation and remedial work is carried out.

The cost of services maybe on a hourly rate basis or on a fixed fee basis.

No work will be carried out unless:

1. Agreed pre-payment has been made by you for the agreed work or services

OR

2. A signed purchase order has been submitted with the option to pay on invoice

OR

3. It has been agreed in writing (either by email or letter) that the work can be carried out free of charge (FOC)

Payment for ad-hoc work will be made through payment link sent to the registered email or mobile phone number listed on the customer record.

Where remote access investigation and/or remedial work is not possible then we would ask that the equipment is accessed on-site or by collection from your premises.
